Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Cleared Crew platform. By accessing the platform, you fully accept these terms.

Definitions

• Platform: The Cleared Crew software, including all its components, features, and mobile applications.
• User: Any individual authorized to access the Platform using personal credentials.
• Organization: The flying club, flight school, or entity that has subscribed to a license agreement for the use of the Platform.
• Services: The features offered by the Platform, including booking management, ATL, documentation, and SMS.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to the Platform and/or creation of an Account constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Platform.

Account and Security

A personal Account is required to use the Platform. The User agrees to:

• Keep credentials confidential and not share them with third parties
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Adopt adequate security measures (strong passwords, 2FA)
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of the Account

Platform Services

The Platform offers the following services based on assigned permissions:

• Aircraft booking and calendar management
• Digital Aircraft Technical Log (ATL)
• License, medical, and document management
• Safety Management System
• Training Management for ATOs

User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes in compliance with regulations
• Enter truthful data and keep information up to date
• Not interfere with the operation of the Platform or systems
• Not attempt to decompile, disassemble, or extract source code

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property rights. The User obtains only a limited, non-transferable license for use in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or operational decisions based on Platform information. The User acknowledges that the Platform is a support tool and does not replace professional judgment.

Suspension and Termination

The Account may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or termination of the relationship with the Organization. Upon termination, the User may request export of their data within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the courts of Rome, Italy shall have jurisdiction.
